Results

The new tool delivered against the requirements laid down by the FSA, whilst also capturing what customers LOVE, and provided existing customers an opportunity to ask about other financial products.

 

During a standard compliance review, the FSA took unusual step of obtaining a full copy of the research methodology, the survey and questionnaires. Whilst the FSA does not endorse specific research agencies, the client received a very high compliance pass mark and was verbally commended for their "independent" customer engagement.
