Vacancy: Enthusiastic Market Researcher
Must be competent in research, ideally experienced in SNAP and either qualified or working towards MRS qualifications. Ideally you currently manage projects from client brief to completed report.
DUTIES
You will support the research and office function, tasks include:
- Project management,
- Manage client data,
- Qualitative and quantitative projects,
- Support the team during client facing presentations.
QUALIFICATIONS
This role will need your commitment to continual self development. This means study in your own time; CSM support team members through awards towards course costs of £500 /person/year. Your qualifications IDEALLY include:
- Market Research Society – Desirable.
- SNAP – Desirable.
- Crystal Reports – Desirable.
- Customer Service – Institute of Customer Service – Desirable.
Vacancy: Marketing Professional
Must be competent in B2B Marketing, ideally experienced through previous roles, we are looking for an individual to action campaigns and bring our marketing strategy to life. Ideally you currently manage projects from concept to implementation. Your KPI will be enquiries per month, per week.
DUTIES
You will support the marketing and office function, tasks include:
- Project management,
- Existing client loyalty programme,
- New client acquisition,
- CSM website content,
- SEO, PPC,
- Web 2.0 activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
This role will need your commitment to continual self development. This means study in your own time; CSM support team members through awards towards course costs of £500 /person/year. Your qualifications IDEALLY include:
- Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), or studying towards membership – Desirable,
- Adobe Photoshop – Desirable,
- Dream-weaver – Desirable,
- Customer Service – Institute of Customer Service – Desirable.
OVERVIEW - Working at CSM
All roles have the opportunity to participate in all areas of the business as your knowledge grows. We are an SME, which means when the pressure is on, it's all hands to the pumps!
Roles are initially offered as six month Short Term Contracts, leading to full time for the right people.
CSM is a flexible employer, we want to find the right people to join our team, we are open to suggestions if you can bring the right skills and knowledge. In return we can offer flexible hours (school hours) and would consider an Apprentice if the candidate demonstrated the key attributes listed.
Applicants need to be UK residents with all documentation for UK employment. English is required as a first language due to customer engagement. Second language is desirable.
Own transport is essential as our offices are based in 200 acres of rolling countryside.

IT
We work in an environmentally friendly paperless office; therefore all applicants must demonstrate as a MINIMUM:
