1. Our People


CSM are committed to recruit, train and retain the best people in all areas of our operations, from client facing service delivery to back of house support. We are an equal opportunities employer.

All new recruits are inducted into the company. A special emphasis is placed on health and safety and personal risk awareness.

 

2. Business Continuity and Information Management


CSM operates advanced IT procedures, data management and security including client confidentiality systems. All are backed up daily and business continuity is managed via off site disaster recovery backup.

 

3. Professional Conduct


CSM staff are appropriately qualified to undertake the activities they perform. Where appropriate, staff will be members of a market recognised professional body and will deport themselves in accordance with rules of that organisation.

 

4. The Community


We encourage our directors and staff to become involved in charitable and community projects. CSM currently supports one charity per year, rather than give cash donations, we offer our expertise of research. Are you a charity, would you like to make your fund raising more efficient? 5. The Environment


CSM’s policy is to minimise the impact of its activities on the environment by encouraging and promoting energy efficiency and waste minimisation both in the office and during the projects we are actively delivering, including waste sorting. We promote the usage of recycled materials and materials from sustainable sources during the research process. We employ high levels of technology to help discourage avoidable travel and where practicable encourage the use of public transport.
